If you’re on this page, it’s because you know me, you’ve seen my work up close, or you’ve had at least one moment where you thought: “Oh my god, this founder needs Whit SO bad.”
This program exists to make that referral moment simple and low-effort. You don’t have to pitch anything or hype me up. If you come across a founder who’s overwhelmed, stuck, or clearly in need of operational support, you can point them my direction. You make the introduction however feels natural, I take it from there, and if they end up working with me, you receive a thank-you because you sent the right person to the right place.
I help founders stabilize, simplify, and rebuild a business they can actually function inside of. I’m not a coach and I’m not a technician. I step into the middle of the chaos, figure out what’s actually going on, and help them create clarity, structure, and sustainable momentum. Sometimes that means fixing the backend. Sometimes it’s capacity work. Sometimes it’s untangling decisions they’ve been avoiding. It’s always a mix of strategy, operations, thought partnership, and founder support — the kind of help most people don’t know exists but desperately need once they’re in it.
Keep this easy on yourself. Introduce us exactly how you’d introduce two people you think should know each other: a DM, a text, a quick email. Nothing formal. Something as simple as, “I think you should talk to Whit, she helps founders who are carrying too much and need clarity.”

From there, I handle the whole process. You don’t need to explain anything about my work, I’ve got it.
If someone you refer becomes a client, I send you 15% of their initial payment. That includes Intensives, Accelerator projects, or their first retainer month. It’s meaningful, respectful, and aligned with the level of work I do. It’s not meant to be a “commission incentive”, it’s simply a thank-you for trusting me with someone in your world. Payments go through e-transfer, PayPal, or bank transfer, whichever is easiest for you.
If you ever need a quick way to describe what I do, this is the most straightforward version:
